You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging with all original tags, labels, and accessories included.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items:

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Downloadable digital products

  • Gift cards

  • Perishable goods (if applicable)

How to Initiate a Return

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your item.

Note: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

  • If the return is not approved, we will notify you with an explanation.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
